So this is my first day fasting. My last meal was at about 8 pm last night and all that I have had today has been lemon water. Even though I am not working today, I feel great.
My plan is to build the habit of fasting two days a week every week for the purpose of reducing my weight and improving my overall health. I plan to report on this journey on a regular basis as I move through 2016.
